An Evening with Marty Wilde (One Man Show +1) is an intimate and relaxed presentation in words, music,pictures and an audience-invited Q&A.

This show is touring around select venues. Marty performs some of his biggest hits, a few surprises, chats about his life and career, shows pictures, and invites the audience to ask questions

Marty Wilde first graced the UK music charts in 1958 with his first hit “Endless Sleep”, more hit records followed “Donna”,” Teenager in love” “Sea Of Love”, “Bad Boy,” “Johnny Rocco”, “The Fight”, “Little Girl”, “Rubber Ball”, “Hide And Seek”, “Tomorrow’s Clown”, “Jezebel” , “Ever Since You Said Goodbye”, his Greatest Hits album compilations both made the UK top 20 album charts in 2007 and 2019, whilst his self-penned album of new songs “Running Together” was a UK chart hit during 2020.
His One Man Show +1 (An Evening with Marty Wilde) is a chance for Marty and his audience to look back over his life and career, a career that has seen him as one of the original pioneers of rock’n’roll and pop music in the UK, his recording and songwriting career have kept his name in the charts worldwide officially for over 8 decades, from being a ‘teen idol’ to further recognition as a songwriter which began chartwise in 1960 with his hit “Bad Boy” through hits with Status Quo (Ice In The Sun), Lulu (I’m A Tiger) The Casuals (Jesamine) Peter Shelley (Love Me Love My Dog) Hot Chocolate (You’ll Never Be So Wrong) Snow Patrol (I Am An Astronaut), his many hits for daughter, Kim Wilde (Kids In America, Cambodia, View From A Bridge, Four Letter Word etc.)
Along with Marty on acoustic guitar, he is also joined on stage by his co-host Adrian Nash on keyboards. The one-man shows combine conversation with music. The audience is also invited to join via a Q&A. See and hear the artist as you’ve never seen him before.
